BLUEBIRD - April 25 - May 10 in the Mandell Theater

World Premiere Production of Bluebird by Maurice Maeterlink with EgoPo Productions in Residence. Inspired by Maurice Maeterlinck’s epic fairy tale “The Bluebird”, “Bluebird” takes audiences on a journey through fantastical worlds as they follow Mytl and Tytl, two children on a mission to find the Bluebird of Happiness to save a dying child. Brenna Geffers and Lane Savadove, Artistic Director of EgoPo Productions will adapt the play from the original and the show will feature the music of Grammy and Pulitzer Prize winning composer George Crumb and be performed by musicians from Orchestra 2001 celebrating their 20th Anniversary who will be in residence as part of the Rankin Scholar in Residence Program. This is an event not to be missed!
